How Great Shall Be My Joy!

How Great Shall Be My Joy!
Sara at the Provo Temple

Sister Sara in Salt Lake City

Sara entered the MTC on Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Her wonderful friends, Kelsey and Katie, took her to the MTC and "dropped her off at the curb" after their goodbyes. Thanks for helping my girl out.

Soon, two young elders came out to take Sara's luggage and Sara walked into the MTC with "calm and confidence" as Katie put it. Kelsey took some great pictures and promptly sent them to us. Katie gave me a call and said all was well.

So, for the next 18 months, we will follow Sara and her "LIFE BEHIND THE TAG."

Ends up they are doing something new for transfer day. The old way for transfers is that p-day just got pushed to Thursday. But now they just moved transfers a couple hours earlier and we have p-day on the same day.

SO Transfer info. I stayed in Parley and am with Sister Morris, from AZ and she has been out for like a year. Still covering the Columbus Branch. The sad news is, we moved. We now live with Pres Naylor. So it should be interesting to live with my branch pres.

One of our Recent converts, Jola blessed the sacrament this past Sunday!! It was great! Also, this Sunday we were supposed to speak with any remaining time after the 5 confirmations. ( Its a new tradition that they do with us, what ever time is left after 5 or more confirmations, we have the rest of the time. haha) Well for time sake they just did a musical #, which was done by ALL non members. and they sang "Shout to the Lord" It was great! Anyway, they only had time for sister Blackwelder to get up and do a short "departing testimony"

Oh last week Sister Wixum, General Primary Pres, was at the temple with other ladies in her RS. Wow that was one happy and unified RS. It was cool to see. I just love sister Wixum.

We have Moo Moos, Poe, Pay, and See's baptism on Friday!!! I am so excited about it! Poe is already preparing to go on a mission. Maybe he will go to VA and teach the Karen people there!!

So we do "English" lessons with Karen moms who stay at home with their kids. We read Book of Mormon Stories with them. It’s wonderful. If people say they are not interested in learning about the gospel we just go to plan 2 and do English by reading the book of Mormon stories. Its cool to see how people change. They start trusting us more, pray more, and just are happier. With one lady its we teach 1/2 English, 1/2 normal lesson. Its way f

Once I get all my stuff unpacked and set up I will be able to send you pictures. I printed lots off!

Thanks for all you do. Love you tons. Love, Sister Anderson
